Natural Hydro process is a post-harvest coffee processing method that involves fermentation without oxygen with the help of water. This process is carried out by placing the coffee cherries in a container of water mixed with yeast and then closing it, such as a fermentation tank or vacuum bag, and closing it tightly for 3-7 days. After that, the fermented coffee beans are dried in the sun like a natural process.

This experimental process aims to create a unique aroma and taste, namely the aroma of rum and the taste of tropical fruit in our green coffee beans.
